STAFF INVOLVEMENT

In the development of policies, the Iberville Parish School Board may seek the judgment and counsel of appropriate personnel.  Members of the staff may initiate consideration of policies which shall be processed through regular adminis­trative channels and, whenever appropriate, shall be considered and acted upon by the Board.

The central administrative staff and the Board shall work cooperatively with individuals and with professional organizations to improve the teaching and learning environment.

The intent and spirit of these provisions is to gain the most complete and reliable information on which to base decisions and to provide for the maximum practical interaction by way of regular adminis­trative channels.
