PRINTING - COPYING

All printing shall be restricted for school purposes only.

All printing for central office and schools shall be channeled through the Assistant Superintendent.  He/she will direct printing room employees as to priorities.

Extra curricula materials for schools shall be printed; however, these cost of materials printed for events that are profit making shall be charged to the individual schools.

Actual cost of materials printed for special programs which are funded, such as school lunch, special education, teacher corps, etc., shall be charged to the respective programs.

Use of copying machine shall be limited to office and school related purposes.  Copies or prints made for teachers, other employees or outside agencies for personal use shall be charged at the rate of 50 cents per page.
